Therapy offers you a place to feel seen, heard, and accepted so that you can understand yourself differently and move closer to the life you desire. I practice psychotherapy in the belief that flourishing in the face of past traumas and present challenges is possible. Despite the uncertainty of our current world, working with a therapist you trust can restore hope, instill calm, and imbue life with new meaning.
I work with adults who come to therapy to work through depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, sexuality and gender issues, bereavement, chronic illness, and other problems. As a therapist, I believe that I listen not to instruct or direct you, but in to help you listen to yourself more fully and clearly.
Whether you are returning to therapy or starting for the first time, I respect the persistence it takes to find a therapist who feels right for the job. If you're interested in working with me, please contact me to set up a brief phone consultation.
